What is Mr. Rowe-Jones's Goal with Rhinoplasty?

* My primary aim is to have a happy patient after surgery who is very pleased with the appearance of their nose.
* It is very important to me that I communicate well with the patient. I aim to carefully understand their wishes and to explain what is possible from surgery. I make every effort to help them reach an informed decision about surgery which is firmly based on realistic expectations as to what surgery can achieve.
* I aim to achieve the best result possible whilst minimising risks - this may mean at times choosing a conservative operation plan as a more ambitious, complex plan might carry greater risk
* Every nose is different and so a good result depends on what is right for the individual patient.
* My surgical aims are for a balanced result with
    - a bridge that matches the tip
    - a nose that is in harmony with the face
    - a natural, non-operated looking nose that is strong rather than overly small
