Doctor - Patient Relationship

  • We want to see all our patients on time. Out of courtesy to everyone we expect you to attend on time.
  • We are providing a medical opinion on rhinoplasty for you and so we charge a professional fee. In some instances we feel that it is not in a patient’s best interest to undergo rhinoplasty. We then respectfully decline to offer surgery. We realise this might be disappointing but ask you to understand and respect this medical opinion.
  • We will encourage you to complain if you feel we have let you down
  • We greatly value our relationship with you. We consider it a privilege to ask patients with whom we have developed a strong doctor-patient relationship to recommend us to others.
