PHILOSOPHY
No aspect of patient care should be left to chance. No surgeon should embark upon caring for patients without considering what is holistically best for the patient. The surgeon should reflect on his own motivations, goals and desires for a fulfilling career whilst recognizing that the patient’s best interests are paramount.
The clinical care service that the surgeon then develops should be based on a balanced assessment of all these factors.
A highly rewarding and valuable experience for both patient and doctor will then follow.

The Doctor-Patient Relationship
• It is of paramount importance to us that we always put your best interests first.
• We want to help you make unhurried, informed decisions about your care and medical and surgical treatments. We understand how busy you and all our patients are and it is important to us that we always see all our patients on time. Out of courtesy to everyone we expect you to attend on time.
• We are providing a medical opinion for a patient considering rhinoplasty and so we charge a professional fee for a rhinoplasty consultation . In some instances our medical opinion, based on psychological assessment and nasal examination, may be that it is not in a patient’s best interest to undergo rhinoplasty. We would then respectfully decline to offer surgery. We realise this might be disappointing but ask you to understand and respect this medical opinion.
• We want you to enjoy and value attending our clinic. We feel time and high quality facilities are very important and we invest in both. We continually strive to improve all aspects of the care we offer. Our fees are related to providing and developing these levels of service.
• We guarantee that we will do our very best for you to achieve the best result possible. If this requires further surgery we guarantee there will be no further charges.
• We will encourage you to complain if you feel we have let you down.
• We greatly value the relationship we have with you and consider mutual courtesy and respect fundamental in caring for you. We do not wish see patients who do not share our values. We greatly enjoy caring for patients who do share our values. We consider it a privilege to ask patients with whom we have developed a strong doctor-patient relationship to recommend us to others like themselves whom we could also then help.
